STORE RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@ridebdr.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or offer refunds on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return for the item you have (see above), and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will then issue a refund for the returned item, per policies listed above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return Shipping
Our policy is that we will not pay return shipping costs for an exchange or a refund, unless the item you received was defective or not the item you ordered. We are happy to send a return label for postage and deduct that cost from your refund. Please let us know your preference when requesting your refund/exchange.
Lost/Stolen/Missing Orders
Backcountry Discovery Routes guarantees that your order will be delivered to you in the condition you expect. If you have not received your order, please check the status of the delivery using the tracking number provided via email/SMS. Orders shipped using First Class Mail option will not provide any tracking service or insurance. USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail are shipped with insurance up to a $100 loss. If tracking shows your order marked as "delivered" and you still have not received it, we recommend you contact your local Post Office or file a claim. BDR is not responsible for any orders that are marked as "delivered". Any and all claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed with USPS by you the customer.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are proccesed and then shipped from BDR H.Q. Please keep in mind we are a non-profit with a small staff and we will get your order shipped as fast as possible. The typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 15 business days for domestic shipments, depending on your location and the shipping service you selected at checkout. Delays may sometimes occur that are beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
